Olive Healthcare signs a contract manufacturing agreement with Claris Lifesciences

The Mumbai based Olive Healthcare has signed a supply agreement with Claris Lifesciences wherein Olive would be exclusively supplying these products to Claris for their domestic and international requirements.

In order to cater to the international markets, Claris Lifesciences will be arranging for regulatory audits such as ANVISA (Brazil, Latin America) for Olive Healthcare's manufacturing facility.

The contract commences from March, 2007 and will be valid for a period of two financial years.
